This is the Keevu.com weblog which is currently in beta, but fully operational.
And what is this project all about with so rare name? Well, this is a mixture of many things, and all very Web 2.0.
If you don’t know yet what a web 2.0 is, you can find it out in this page.
Are you telling me that you are like at the beginning? Not clue yet? Well, I guess. So then we will tell you a secret. The truth is that we really can’t explain you what is all about because we don’t know either. We did try to give a unique personality to Keevu.com, and as a result, we now find even hard to catalogue it in the appropriate thematic from the many currently used in the web 2.0 sites. That is our perfect excuse so not to catalogue it :-). Although a good category to describe it is: social networking.
Making an effort we could use as a tagline: “Social Network for attendees to venues, places and events”. With Keevu you can either join to a concert, to a pub, to the Congress of Webmasters that took place few weeks ago for example, or even join for routes that unifies venues.
As you can see, this gives you an idea of the content that can be created: venues, events that take place in these venues, and routes that links venues. The combinations are many, and soon will be more…
Lastly, is the managing of guestlists and VIP lists by the Guest Relations of the venues. In other words, you can open and close the door lists for a particular venue or event, in order that people can join from the web comfortably, while providing statistics and valuable information.
All this also helps us to offer personalized recommendations. We have an intelligent system of recommendations. All with a comprehensive and advanced management from the web. If you are a business, we want you!! Understanding by business: event organizers and promoters, venue owners, discotheques, PR managers, etc.
We invite you to be up to date with the news that we publish through this blog. You will be the first to know everything, and be aware that there will be contests soon!
I don’t know what is a 2.0 web, is it bad doctor?
Not at all. Many people out there is in the same situation, although I don’t know them :-P
Web 2.0 is nothing else than the common web but with more user attention, who thanks to special tools, can “build” the web as wanted, as well as add and share their contents.
The web is no longer static. It’s dynamic. Collaborative and constructive. Web 2.0 is based in create, share, borrow and lean.
